Senior Electrical & Automation Engineer- Project

Mehsana SMT Tube PU, India
Main Responsibilities:-
•
Design electrical power distribution, panels, cabling layouts, and earthing systems for the industrial shed and machinery.
•
Develop automation architecture including PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), HMI/SCADA interfaces, and VFD controls.
•
Integrate sensors, drives, and safety interlocks for tube production lines (drawing, annealing, cutting).
•
Prepare single-line diagrams, control philosophies, and I/O lists for electrical systems.
•
Coordinate with mechanical team for equipment electrification and automation integration.
•
Perform site wiring supervision, loop checks, FAT/SAT, and system commissioning.
•
Troubleshoot electrical faults, implement energy-efficient solutions, and ensure IEC/Indian Standards compliance.
•
Train operators on automation systems and maintain as-built documentation.
Educational Qualification:-
BE/B Tech – Instrumentation and Control Engineering
Experience Required:-
Should have minimum experience of 8 - 10 years in tube industries in the field of maintenance or Project or in system house of Siemens/Allen Bradly
