As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving innovation across our connected product portfolio, leading electrical hardware design efforts from concept through production while influencing the technical direction of future products.This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys balancing hands-on design work with technical leadership. You'll collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team of engineers, serve as a subject matter expert for complex electrical systems, and help bring cutting-edge products to market that make a real impact on global water sustainability.What You'll DoLead the electrical hardware design and development of new products and major enhancements, serving as the technical lead for PCB and circuit design activities.Architect, design, and validate analog and digital electronic systems for embedded products and smart sensing technologies.Drive product development from concept through production, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements.Develop and execute design verification, validation, and compliance testing for standards such as UL, CSA, CE, EMC, and FM.Partner with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers to integrate electrical systems into robust, high-quality products.Define production test methodologies and support the development of manufacturing fixtures, validation tools, and test procedures.Lead technical problem solving, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex product and component issues.Provide expert-level support for sustaining engineering activities and product im...
