What You’ll Do: Primary Responsibilities Include: Contribute to the full lifecycle design of security focused products, owning specific subsystems or domains end-to-end. Identify and analyze cross-functional tradeoffs between design alternatives, including impact on performance, schedule, cost, risk, complexity, and scale. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, firmware, industrial design, sourcing, and product management. Execute the product development process from early-stage concept, through prototyping, testing, and production, to ensure products meet requirements, cost, and schedule targets. Lead prototype development and testing, including designing test strategies to validate product performance and resolve issues. Lead design reviews and discussions with suppliers and global manufacturing partners to optimize designs for mass production. Lead the communication and design execution with global manufacturing partners. Contribute to the Technical Requirements Document in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Contribute to product architecture and system-level design, with deep ownership of your assigned subsystems and ensuring alignment with product requirements. Translate high-level product and system requirements into detailed, actionable tasks and deliverables within your domain. Participate in risk identification activities and escalate issues appropriately to program leadership. Stay current with emerging technologies, sensors, and manufacturing processes to inform product design and innovation. Drive your areas of ownership forward with a strong sense of urgency. Provide technical input to product roadmap discussions. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. ...
