Senior Embedded Software Engineer About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer with deep expertise in RF systems to lead the design, development, and optimization of embedded platforms that enable next-generation wireless technologies. This role is highly technical and research-driven, requiring mastery of embedded software, hardware integration, and RF system-level performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Architecture & DesignDefine and implement embedded system architectures for RF front-end and transceiver platforms.Develop firmware and low-level drivers for RF control, calibration, and signal processing.Integrate RF hardware (PAs, LNAs, filters, tuners, switches, transceivers) with embedded software systems.Research & DevelopmentExplore new embedded control methodologies for adaptive RF systems (beamforming, dynamic tuning, coexistence).Prototype and validate advanced algorithms for RF calibration, power management, and signal integrity.Collaborate with silicon and RF design teams to co-optimize hardware/software interfaces.Validation & OptimizationDevelop automated test frameworks for embedded RF systems.Perform system-level debugging, profiling, and optimization to ensure real-time performance.Validate compliance with wireless standards (LTE, 5G NR, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) and regulatory requirements.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with RF design, hardware, and systems engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.Provide technical leadership in embedded systems best practices and mentor junior engineers.Contribute to technical documentation, IP development, and internal knowledge sharing.QualificationsMaster’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering, with a focus on RF systems.Strong proficiency in C/C++ and embedded software development for real-time systems.Experience with microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and SoCs used in RF applications.Solid understanding of RF system design, calibration, and control.Familiarity with lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes) for system validation.Preferred SkillsExperience with embedded Linux, RTOS, and hardware abstraction layers.Knowledge of digital signal processing for RF applications.Familiarity with high-speed interfaces (SPI, I2C, PCIe,...
