Senior EMEA Pricing Specialist (EMEA Timezone : 10am - 7pm MYT)
Job Description SummaryThe EMEA Pricing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing pricing strategies, governance, and analytics to drive profitable growth and competitive positioning for EMEA. This role partners closely with EMEA Pricing Program manager and partners with other EMEA teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, and IT to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely pricing execution across systems and channels.The position combines pricing administration, analytics, process improvement, and stakeholder communication, aligned with modern best practices in pricing and revenue management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and administer customer and product price lists across CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) for EMEA.Support pricing strategy execution including list pricing, discounts, promotions, and chargebacks.Support new product launches with pricing setup, lifecycle updates, and product obsolescence activities.Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to align pricing with market dynamics and value positioning.Maintain pricing governance frameworks including approval matrices, audit trails, and compliance documentation.Act as the EMEA pricing operations subject matter expert, providing guidance on pricing governance, process optimization, and execution best practices to regional stakeholders.Reduce cycle time from pricing approval to system implementation through process standardization and automation.Administer promotions and discount parameters in Resmed Online Store (ROS).Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing-related inquiries from EMEA commercial stakeholders, building trusted relationships, proactively communicating changes, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on pricing decisions and implementation timelines.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in pricing processes, data quality, and system usage.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.4-7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, sales operations, commercial operations, or business analytics roles, including experience working with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.Experience managing pricing in complex, multi-price list and multi-currency environments.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple functions, countries, and leadership levels.Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Technical SkillsDemonstrated proactivity, responsiveness, and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needSolution-orientedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools pre...
