Designation: Sr. Employee Experience Coordinator Qualification: Any DegreeExperience Required: 3+ Years Shift Timings: General ShiftWork Schedule: 6 days per weekWork location: BangaloreSkills: managing Events, corporate events, employee interaction, guest relation and GREJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Event ManagementEvent Planning & ManagementReceive event notifications from the Portal and plan, coordinate, and execute the events end to end.Manage event logistics, including venue booking and confirmation, catering requirement, AV setup, and visitor management.Experience DesignCreate engaging and immersive experiences for attendees.Ensure events align with brand identity and company values.Work on interactive elements such as activation's, entertainment, and networking opportunities.Stakeholder & Vendor CoordinationLiaise with internal teams, sponsors, vendors, and partners.Ensure smooth collaboration with all involved parties.On-site Event ExecutionOversee event setup and breakdown.Manage event flow, troubleshooting any issues in real time.Ensure a seamless and high-quality attendee experience.Post-Event AnalysisGather feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and partners.Analyze event success metrics (ROI, engagement, attendance).Provide reports and recommendations for future improvements.Ownership and Stakeholder ManagementAct as an owner of the space across all services providedBe personable and get to know the residents of the floor and maintain an open dialogueBe receptive to feedback, share it and action itBe an advocate for innovation, recommend enhancements to the workplace and look for opportunities to improve collaborationBe empowered to make decisions, guide behavior, and escalate issuesConducts observational studies and issues surveysCollect feedback from the employeesIssue monthly summary of utilization, feedback and eventsKeep a log of initiatives – provide an opportunity for the employees to share ideas on how increase collaboration, facilitate community events (eg. informal talks, coffee break discussions, collaborative events, lunch and learn sessions in the common areas); andMaintain up to date Files and recordsLocation: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
