The scope of this role is to provide subject matter expertise as part of the Master Data Management organization within Cardinal Health’s Pharmaceutical Segment. ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and support SAP Master Data solutions across Customer, Supplier, Product, and Business Partner domains, including Contacts, BP Relationships, Workflow, and Consolidation applications within SAP Fiori.Provide advanced production support and drive continuous improvements through enhancementsLead and guide level 1 teams during service interruptions in Master Data ApplicationsSupporting ServiceNow for Incident Management and handling incidents at level 2Prepare and deliver customer workshops and demonstrations of solutions based on solution design requirementsDefine and outline configuration requirements and support transactional steps for SAP MDMImplement SAP standards and MDMD solutions across various business functionsConfigure and support SAP Master Data components, including CVI Mapping, Customer, Material, and SupplierLeads functional integrations with business users documenting requirements & functional specificationsLead design and implementation of enterprise master data solutions across Customer, Vendor, Material, Business Partner, Finance, and Product master data.Configur...
