Latitude AI (lat.ai) is building the future of Ford’s autonomy roadmap to make travel safer, less stressful, and more enjoyable for everyone. Latitude is headquartered in Pittsburgh with engineering centers in Dearborn, Mich., and Palo Alto, Calif. Meet the team: You will join a high-energy team responsible for building and deploying the global infrastructure behind our corporate and production systems. This role centers on adopting new technologies to expand automation and orchestration across our corporate IT environment. You will draw on your experience with compute, storage, and SaaS-based tools to deploy and manage system infrastructure at scale. What you’ll do:  Support and scale a rapidly expanding global infrastructure Operate mission-critical systems and service alongside a strong technical team Maintain periodic on-site presence at Latitude’s data centers and travel as needed to support physical infrastructure Deliver complex projects end to end, driving issues to resolution autonomously with excellent troubleshooting skills Partner cross-functionally with software, hardware, and network engineering teams – understanding their goals and delivering the tools and visualizations they need to make data-driven decisions What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience Experience with system engineering in an enterprise-level, highly integrated, complex IT environment Proficiency scripting and automating with Python, Bash, and/or Powershell Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines Experience with monitoring and observability tooling (e.g., LogicMonitor, Prometheus, Grafana) Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Familiarity with NFS, Fiber Channel connected storage and networking concepts Experience with storage administration/management (VAST) Experience configuring server automation and configuration management tools (ex. Ansible, Terraform) Experience with container technology (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledgeable of DNS and IPAM (Infoblox)  Identity management (Microsoft Entra, OpenLDAP, AD) Experience with backup and recovery (Veeam) Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems design, development, maintenance techniques, and processes Experience...
