About the role   We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and mission-driven individual to join Sana as a Senior Executive Assistant, reporting to the CEO. You will be responsible for the administrative support of the CEO and Sana leadership, including the CFO, CTO and Head of Investor Relations from our Seattle, WA site. In this role, you will be a trusted partner and advocate to deliver against the priorities of the company and support the team and culture of Sana. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with discretion in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and seamlessly manages competing priorities across executive, operational, and investor-facing activities.  What You Will Do   Calendar & Time Optimization: Strategically manage the CEO and C-suite’s complex and rapidly changing calendar. Prioritize time and calendar requests consistent with executive priorities and strategy, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, and ensure the CEO, CFO, CTO and Head of Investor Relations are fully prepared for all engagements with necessary briefs and materials.   Gatekeeping, Prioritization, & Communication:  Liaison for the CEO and CFO with internal teams, board members, investors, and external constituents. Draft, proofread, and manage high-level correspondence with absolute professionalism.   Meeting & Logistics Management: Coordinate and ensure smooth operations of board meetings, board committee meetings, board dinners, executive team meetings, as well as local and company-wide events. This will include requirements to communicate with Board members and their executive assistants and attend to special requests/requirements for seamless focus and execution by board members.               Travel & Expense Operations: Coordinate flawless domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation for CEO, CTO, CFO, and Head of Investor Relations. Manage and process timely expense reports for these constituents as well as board members and other executives as needed.  Strategic Project Support: Partner with CEO, CFO, and the broader executive leadership team to drive key initiatives forward.
