Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.About the role: We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Field Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Experiential Marketing. In this role, you will own and scale Garner's field marketing strategy across the western region of the US, designing and executing the in-person programs that build the sales pipeline and accelerate revenue with the audiences who shape where companies send their healthcare dollars: benefits consultants and brokers, HR Benefits leaders, and our strategic partners. This is a high-ownership role for a self-starter. You will run the full program lifecycle, from strategy and sales alignment through execution and pipeline attribution, and you will be accountable for the pipeline those programs generate. Through your efforts, you will directly influence Garner's growth in priority markets and accounts, and help define a repeatable field marketing engine that scales with the company. Where you will work: This role is fully remote and does not require relocation to our NYC headquarters. Because of the significant travel this role requires, you must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zone and live near a major airport. You should expect up to 50% travel to run events and programs. What you will do: Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field programs across the western region of the US, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, and roadshows that engage benefits consultants, brokers, and HR Benefits leaders Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar in close partnership with sales leadership and demand generation, prioritizing the markets, accounts, and formats that will most move pipeline and accelerate deals Own pipeline targets tied to field marketing, and design pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies that maximize registration-to-attendance conversion and sales follow-through Partner hand-in-hand with sales and BDR teams to build targeted invite lists and drive strong attendance from priority a...
