About the Opportunity The Senior Finance Analyst will support financial operations for OKX in Malta, helping ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. This role suits a finance professional who wants to build hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, cost management, and regulatory obligations, within a growing fintech and crypto business.     What You’ll Be Doing The role is based in Malta and involves close collaboration with regional team members. Some flexibility to work across time zones may be required. Support accounting, tax, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, management reporting, and regulatory reporting for OKX Malta operations. Assist in preparing financial statements for external audits, regulatory reporting/inquiries, and internal management reporting. Support the month-end closing process for local entities and help integrate results with the consolidated group. Work with the Regional Accounts Payable team to support the accounts payable process and help manage company operating expenses. Support local financial statement audits in compliance with Malta/EU regulations. Help maintain internal controls around financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Contribute to developing efficient and automated processes for financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making. Support navigation of the Malta/EU regulatory landscape, including reporting requirements, VAT obligations, and corporate tax matters.   What We Look For In You Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or crypto industries. Working knowledge of IFRS. Familiarity with Malta Tax Authority reporting requirements. Some familiarity with MFSA rules and regulations, or willingness to learn. Exposure to budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting. Basic understanding of cost management frameworks and AP processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders. Good judgment and clear communication skills.
