We seek highly motivated individuals with the dedication, integrity, and creative spirit needed to thrive in our organization.Job Description summary The Azurity Finance Team is seeking an Analyst for the BP&A Operations team to partner with US stakeholders and drive insights across Inventory, COGS, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, and Quality Controle performance. The role offers exposure to operational finance in a dynamic, regulated environment. Role and Responsibilities Assist in building the annual operating plan (budget) for Operating Expense and Inventory Purchases. Updating and maintaining monthly and quarterly Operating Expense forecasts including personnel rosters for each executive team member under the Chief Operating Officer. Assist in delivering structured variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) with quantified drivers and actionable insights, both on a monthly and quarterly basis. Assist US-based BP&A teams in Monthly Close activities, including partnering with business and Supply Chain, Technical Operation and Quality Controle teams to propose accurate accruals, record prepayments, and document fluctuations in key expense accounts. Support analysis of inventory movements, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain procurement cycles and Commercial Sales forecasts, both on a monthly and quarterly basis.   Tracking Key Performance Indicators (Days Inventory On Hand, Excess & Obsolescence, OpEx, Standard Cost Per Unit) and providing performance insights to business partners. Assist in monitoring and analyzing standard cost deviations (finished good pricing, material rate variances, foreign exchange, and sales mix), highlighting key drivers and extrapolating data trends. Support that development of financial models for budgeting and forecasting, incorporating sales volumes, standard cost assumptions, and inventory procurement planning.
