Job Summary

Payscale is looking for the newest member of its Finance team. We are a $200m ARR, highly profitable, SaaS company that needs a smart, motivated, rigorous, and diligent individual to join our FP&A group. This is a role where you will be “in it” and expected to get your hands dirty every day. You’ll join a team whose leaders have public company (including IPO) experience, who themselves report to a CFO that came up through the ranks of FP&A. Meaning that, the team knows what great looks like, and the bar will be high. We are looking for someone with thick skin who can get things done. If you don’t possess a sense of urgency, drive, and just-get-it-done-ness, this is the wrong role for you.
