Our users are diverse, and we are committed to embracing diversity of thought, experience, and perspective across our team.  We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you'll play a key role in helping leaders across the company make informed business decisions through thoughtful planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. You'llpartner with teams throughout the organization, develop insights that influence strategy, and help build scalable financial processes as Mark43 continues to grow.  This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong analytical foundation within either a larger, process-oriented organization or an early-stage company that has scaled quickly, and is excited to bring that rigor to a fast-moving software company. You'll have broad visibility across the business, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to help shape how Finance supports the company's next stage of growth.  What You'll Do  If you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week:  Partnered with leaders across the business to understand performance, and support strategic decision making.  Built and maintained financial models that improve forecast accuracy and provide visibility into business performance.  Supported the monthly forecasting process, annual budget, and long-range planning across multiple business functions.  Collaborated with Accounting during month-end close to understand financial results, investigate variances, and communicate key drivers to leadership.  Prepared executive-ready reporting and analyses that translate financial data into clear business insights.  Identified opportunities to improve planning processes, automate recurring reporting, and reduce manual work across the Finance organization.  Contributed to board materials, leadership presentations, and other strategic Finance initiatives.  Support customer collections timing to inform and support the company's broader cash forecast.  What You'll Need  We're looking for someone with approximately 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or another highly analytical finance role.
