The Opportunity CARDON is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help design, develop, and support our enterprise application ecosystem. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced developer who enjoys working across the full technology stack, from modern user interfaces and APIs to databases, cloud services, integrations, and production support. You will help build scalable, maintainable software solutions that support operational workflows, business processes, and enterprise data initiatives. The successful candidate is a strong problem solver who can translate business requirements into practical technical solutions while contributing to application architecture, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Accountabilities Application Development & Solution Delivery Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions. Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. Develop APIs, integrations, and backend services to support business operations. Translate business requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions. Support application deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure reliable performance. Software Architecture & Technical Leadership Contribute to application architecture, technology standards, and development best practices. Design secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and developer mentorship. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability. Data Management & Integrations Develop and support data-driven solutions using SQL Server, Prisma, and related technologies. Build secure APIs and integrations across enterprise systems. Support data management, reporting, workflow automation, and system performance initiatives. Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across applications. Production Support & Continuous Improvement Monitor application health, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions. Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
