We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented GenAI Integrated Designer with motion skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an expert grasp of digital, social, and motion design, is eager to embrace GenAI workflows, and enjoys hands-on creation across all phases of a project. You’ll be trained on our proprietary AI platform, Pencil, and use this alongside other GenAI tools to produce creative solutions that stand out in the market. You’ll work collaboratively from brief to delivery on a range of assets - adapting, optimizing, and evolving content for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and brand campaigns. You’ll blend classic design and motion skills with GenAI-powered techniques, helping us produce scalable, standout content for high-profile brands. What you will be doing: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social. Design, layout, animate and refine digital marketing assets (static, animated, and video formats), e-commerce content, and social-first visuals - directly leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate, enhance, or transform ideation and production processes. Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs. Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation and final creative assembly using different GenAI models and techniques. Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution. Implement brand guidelines, ensuring visual quality and cohesion throughout every project.
