JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled and brand-driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is not just a designer, but a visual storyteller who knows how to translate brand strategy into compelling, consistent, and high-impact designs. You will play a key role in shaping brand identity, building design systems, and delivering standout creative work across social, digital, and offline touchpoints.

REPORTING LINE

This position reports directly to the Design Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the creation and execution of brand visuals, ensuring a consistent and powerful identity across all channels.

- Design and oversee social media content—including posts, stories, carousels, and ad creatives—optimized for engagement and performance.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and motion designers to deliver integrated campaigns.

- Translate briefs into impactful visual concepts that tell a story and connect with the audience.

- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or brand environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media campaigns, and design system work.

- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
