They will own the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, from strategy to hands-on execution, ensuring that global HR processes work locally while driving clarity, consistency, and operational efficiency across regions.  This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and is energised by both the strategic and operational dimensions of the role. The Impact You’ll Make: HR Partnership & Advisory Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees across EMEA on all People matters — development, processes, policies, employee relations, and people practices. Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, applying knowledge of local labour law and employment regulations across key EMEA markets (with particular depth in UK employment law). Coach and upskill people managers, building management capability across the region. Culture & Engagement Champion Innovid's culture and values across EMEA, building a cohesive and inclusive regional environment that reflects the company's global identity. Facilitate and drive employee engagement initiatives, acting on feedback and survey insights to continuously improve the employee experience. Support DEI goals by ensuring equitable practices across all people processes in the region. Talent & Organisational Effectiveness Drive consistency in HR practices across teams and locations by building reliable, sustainable workflows. Support workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and organisational design in alignment with global frameworks. Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline conversations in partnership with global People leadership. HR Operations  Own HR operational excellence across the region, including: Maintaining accurate employee data, contracts, and records; conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with local requirements.
