We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our US Human Resources team based in our New York, NY location.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary HR Business Partner for the Marketing organization, providing strategic counsel and coaching to senior leaders on talent, organization, and workforce matters. Partner with Marketing leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, including organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management. Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and complex talent issues, ensuring consistent application of policy, sound judgment, and risk mitigation. Use data, trends, and business insights to identify organizational needs, recommend actions, and measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and programs. Lead and support key talent processes for the Marketing team, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance cycles, compensation planning, and leadership development initiatives. Partners with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, and Employee Relations, to deliver integrated solutions that support business priorities. Support leaders through organizational changes, including restructures, team effectiveness initiatives, and change communications, with a focus on maintaining engagement and business continuity. Build trusted relationships across the Marketing organization and serve as a credible advisor to managers and employees on organizational and people-related matters. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR governance requirements while balancing business needs and employee experience.
