ABOUT YOUR ROLEThe Senior Import-Export Specialist (Customs & Trade Compliance) is responsible for managing the full customs and trade-compliance cycle for the company’s manufacturing-for-export operations and factory maintenance needs. This includes classifying and declaring goods correctly, keeping duty-paid (A12) and duty-exempt (E31) materials properly segregated and traceable, managing the import of machinery, equipment, and spare parts for maintenance, coordinating with Production and outsourced/subcontracted facilities, ensuring correct tax treatment when goods move between export and domestic sale, and representing the company in all dealings with Customs authorities, tax authorities, and auditors.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE1. Customs Declaration, Classification & DocumentationPrepare, review, and submit import/export customs declarations on the VNACCS/VCIS system (via ECUS or equivalent declaration software), correctly selecting the customs type code (A12, E31, E62, B11, A42, B13, etc.) for each transaction.Accurately determine HS codes and product/item names (tên hàng) for all raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods (FG), and machinery/equipment/spare parts; keep the internal HS code library up to date and defensible under audit.Review and verify all import/export shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, import/special-use permits, etc.) for full accuracy and compliance before submission.2. Raw Material & Inventory Management (A12 / E31 segregation)Maintain clear, auditable tracking of raw materials by source (A12 duty-paid vs. E31 duty-exempt), even when the same material/HS code is imported under both regimes – through sub-codes, lot/declaration-based tracking, or warehouse segregation.Review, check , and defend actual consumption norms (định mức thực tế) for each finished product, ensuring norms reflect real production processes and can b...
