What You’ll Do As a Senior Influencer Strategist, you will serve as the strategic engine behind multi-channel influencer programming across agency accounts, focusing on top-tier CPG brands. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign lifecycles, shape client POVs, and champion creator innovation while mentoring the next generation of agency talent. Strategy & Campaign Execution Architect end-to-end influencer strategies aligned with client business goals, Integrated Agency Team (IAT) priorities, and emerging cultural trends. Lead end-to-end influencer relations, overseeing partner identification, vetting, outreach, contract negotiation, creative briefing, and content reviews. Bridge paid, earned, and owned channels to amplify creator content across the broader marketing ecosystem. Manage campaign budgets and licensing rights, to make the most of every asset. Client & Creator Leadership Serve as a primary client counselor for influencer initiatives, leading communications, strategy presentations, and campaign roadmaps. Build deep relationships with top-tier creators, talent managers, and influencer networks. Coach and mentor junior team members, elevating their skills in influencer relations, campaign management, and strategic thinking. Data, Trends & Insights Partner with our Analytics team to synthesize campaign performance into actionable insights and strategic narratives. Track the pulse of creator culture, translating emerging platforms, tools, and social shifts into proactive client opportunities. What You’ll Bring 5–6 years of dedicated influencer experience in an agency or in-house environment. Proven track record executing end-to-end influencer programs with measurable brand impact. Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring direct reports (1–2 team members). Deep fluency across paid, owned, and social ecosystems, with experience navigating IAT collaboration. Strong negotiation skills across talent contracts, usage rights, and agency vendors. Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn complex campaign data into compelling client stories. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Points Hands-on experience with influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ). Deep passion or experience working with CPG br...
