ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Integration Manager to take full ownership of partner integrations - from initial onboarding through to go-live and beyond.

This is a delivery-focused, highly technical role where you’ll act as the key bridge between partners, commercial teams, and engineering. You won’t just coordinate - you’ll drive integrations forward, solve complex issues, and ensure partners are successfully launched.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own end-to-end partner integrations: kickoff, implementation, testing, and go-live

- Drive multiple integrations in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

- Act as the main technical point of contact for partners (from engineers to C-level stakeholders)

- Lead technical discussions and solution design, ensuring alignment between partner requirements and our platform

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and resolve technical challenges along the way

- Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements and push back when needed

- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Onboarding, and Engineering teams to support business goals

- Ensure successful delivery and provide technical sign-off before go-live

- Contribute to improving integration processes, documentation, and scalability

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience in:

- Integration Management

- Technical Account Management

- Solutions Engineering

- Strong understanding of:

- REST APIs, JSON, HTTP

- Webhooks, idempotency, error handling

- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals:

- TCP/IP, DNS

- Experience with API security:

- API keys, OAuth, JWT

- Request signing (HMAC), replay protection

- Hands-on experience with:

- Logs and monitoring tools (ELK, Kibana, Grafana, or similar)

- Ability to review, understand, and create technical documentation, including API documentation
