As Senior Legal Counsel, Global Compliance & Ethics, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve core compliance program elements and initiatives, including risk assessment, policies, and processes.  As a key member of our global organization, you will collaborate with colleagues across diverse geographies and time zones to drive a unified culture of integrity. This role requires a seasoned professional who pairs deep subject matter expertise with the sophisticated interpersonal skills needed to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across Booking Holdings and our brands. In addition to internal leadership, you will serve as a primary point of contact for outside counsel and strategic third parties. This position reports directly to the Director, Compliance & Ethics Counsel for Booking Holdings.In this role you will get to:Lead the annual Legal & Compliance risk assessment, including planning and implementation oversight and support across all Booking Holdings brands. Partner with Booking Holdings and brand stakeholders on continuous process enhancements and leverage the risk assessment results to inform compliance program developments and effectively manage risk. Provide practical advice and guidance to stakeholders across Booking Holdings and our brands to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations across a range of subject matters, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Gifts and Entertainment, and Third Party Risk Management.Leverage AI and new technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement across our compliance program, including in the design and deployment of our risk assessment, policies, and processes.Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and other requirements. Partner with peers on the team to translate policies into effective training and awareness initiatives. Prepare presentations, reports, and other deliverables on compliance programming for a broad range of audiences, including senior management.What you have:J.D. degree or equivalent required.5+ years of rel...
