This position reports to the Maintenance & Automation Supervisor. This position works 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 11pm-7:30am) and will have pre-scheduled required weekend OT shifts during campaign seasons.   The responsibilities:• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated inspection packaging equipment including densters/renesters, AIMs, labelers, conveyors, thermoformers, cartoners , and robotic systems.• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects• Support equipment startups, changeovers, and line optimization efforts• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to resolve equipment and process issues• Develop, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance procedures to reduce downtime and extend equipment life• Review and track equipment component failures and help make recommendations for increased long-term reliability• Maintain appropriate equipment documentation and change control according to internal procedures• Complete all work orders within a timel...
