As a Senior Manager, Art Management, you supervise a team's creative results, emphasizing team potential, operational processes, and overall productivity. Your scope of responsibilities covers an entire initiative. These responsibilities include overall culture, performance, and growth of your direct reports. Responsibilities: Build and sustain an environment where art leads and their teams can thrive, balancing craft excellence, team health, and player-focused outcomes. Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary art team in Singapore by managing and enabling craft leads to build high-performing, player-focused teams. Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality art that upholds a creative vision and elevates the player experience. Build, maintain and Improve art production pipelines to ensure efficiency, scalability, and sustainable long-term delivery. Build, maintain and Improve external development, identifying opportunities for externalization, designing sustainable engagements with appropriate partners. Translate vision into actionable goals, working with production to ensure art content production is reliable, sustainable, and on schedule. Make clear prioritization and process decisions to ensure timely, high-standard delivery across multiple content streams. Partner with recruiting to hire world-class talent and support your reports in building their teams. Manage and coach craft leads, supporting their career and personal growth through clear development strategies, mentorship, and feedback. Empower them to grow both their craft and leadership impact while building high-performing teams. Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure strong alignment across disciplines. Step into art direction if needed to guide decisions, resolve conflicts, and model excellence, while prioritizing team growth over hands-on execution. Build strong relationships across teams and with global partners - including Rioters in NA and Singapore - to ensure goals, dependencies and requirements are clearly understood and effectively executed.
