Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain
THE ROLE: SENIOR MANAGER, Digital Supply Chain The Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain leads the Digital Supply Chain Center of Excellence, overseeing strategic systems ownership, cross‑functional process integration, and the development of scalable planning, data, and analytics capabilities across VMS, OLLY, and SPV. The role serves as the internal technical specialist for D365, Kinaxis, Power BI reporting, and future control‑tower/AI visibility initiatives, while driving enterprise‑wide adoption of best‑practice supply chain systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the strategic direction of core supply chain systems and digital capabilities, ensuring tools, data, and processes effectively support business objectives. Oversee system governance and standards, driving consistency in planning master data, documentation, and ways of working across teams. Drive cross‑functional alignment, partnering with planning, logistics, customer service, inventory, and other stakeholders to build integrated, end‑to‑end processes. Manage system enhancements and integrations, including design reviews, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure strong data quality and reporting, enabling accurate analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and decision‑support tools that strengthen operational performance. Champion user adoption and change management, ensuring employees understand, embrace, and effectively leverage new systems and processes. Partner with external and internal stakeholders to optimize network performance, improve collaboration, and support operational transitions or new initiatives. Monitor performance and deliver results, aligning systems and processes to key organizational metrics such as service levels, inventory health, and operational efficiency.
