Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Finance will play a critical role in shaping financial operations, reporting, and decision-making across EverDriven. This individual will support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning—while partnering closely with leaders across Accounting, Operations, Product, HR, and Tech. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and is ready to stretch beyond traditional FP&A to help build best-in-class finance and business operations infrastructure.
This position offers the opportunity to own core planning processes, deliver key insights to leadership, and help scale operational rigor across the company. You’ll have visibility across the business and the chance to make a measurable impact on EverDriven’s performance and mission.
Salary Range: $165K-$180K/year, based on experience + bonus potential
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role - 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis processes
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate key business initiatives, operational levers, and investment opportunities
Business Operations & Strategic Support
- Collaborate with functional leads across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounting, Product, and Tech to understand business needs and translate them into financial plans and resource allocations
- Support the development of scalable processes and tools that drive efficiency and data-informed decision-making
Performance Management
- Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and proactively highlight risks and opportunities to business leaders
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track and improve financial and operational performance
Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare executive-level materials and reports for senior leadership, investors, and the board
- Translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Process Improvement & Risk Management
- Identify opportunities to optimize cost structures, enhance reporting workflows, and improve forecasting accuracy
- Support internal controls and risk assessment in partnership with the Accounting team
