Senior Manager, Games Insights Games Insights & Learning is a critical function for any Olympic and Paralympic Organizing Committee (OCOG) - ensuring that institutional knowledge, operational insights, and best practices developed throughout the planning of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games are captured, organized, and transferred across the organization to support successful Games delivery and to other key Olympic and Paralympic Movement stakeholders  Reporting to the VP, Games Insights & Learning, this role will serve as a key leader within the function, helping to shape strategy, establish operating frameworks, and drive execution across the team’s core responsibilities.    This role will lead the development of LA28’s strategy for the collection, management, and ultimate transfer of LA28 knowledge assets.  Working across a highly matrixed organization, this role will develop the frameworks, business processes, and governance structures necessary to capture operational planning documentation, reports, artefacts, memorabilia and other OCOG-produced content (OPC) that contribute to the institutional knowledge and legacy of the LA28 Games.    In addition, this role will also play an integral role in the development and delivery of the LA28 Observers Program, helping ensure future Organizing Committees of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Future OCOGs) gain access to the operational knowledge, expertise, and experiences generated by LA28.    This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for someone with ...
