About the Role The Senior Manager of Clinical Product is a clinical expert within our Clinical Product team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving InStride’s therapy content, training, and protocols to ensure they are effective, evidence-based, and best in class. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Product, this person pairs deep expertise in the treatment of pediatric anxiety, OCD, and related disorders with a passion for building scalable, evidence-based clinical content, training and AI-enabled tools. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role. The Senior Manager of Clinical Product plays a key role in supporting organizational growth by preparing our clinical product for expansion into new ages, payers (e.g., Medicaid), and conditions; driving external dissemination that builds our clinical reputation and reach; and equipping our care team to treat the most complex presentations with confidence and fidelity. AI is a core part of the role. The Senior Manager of Clinical Product will help lead the responsible and innovative integration of AI into clinical care, shaping tools, training, and protocols that make our care team more effective and our care more scalable. The SME serves as a trusted subject matter resource and collaborative partner across Clinical Product, Clinical Operations, Business Development/Marketing, and Tech Product.
