BetterHelp is seeking an experienced, innovative, and operationally-minded Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead our Psychiatry Practice Management team. This role sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, provider operations, quality assurance, compliance, and product innovation. As a senior clinical leader supporting BetterHelp's psychiatric provider network, you will help shape how psychiatric care is delivered at scale through technology while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You are an experienced psychiatric clinician who understands both the realities of direct patient care and the opportunities technology creates to improve access to mental healthcare. You are equally comfortable consulting on complex clinical situations, analyzing operational data, improving processes, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and coaching team members. What will you do? Clinical Quality & Compliance Lead a team who conducts audits and reviews of provider activity and clinical documentation as needed. Lead psychiatric quality assurance initiatives and support investigations involving provider performance, prescribing concerns, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance. Help your team provide actionable, constructive, and clinically informed feedback to psychiatric providers.
