About the Team & How We Work:

As a Senior Manager, Strategic Launch at Miter, you will lead and coach a team of 6–8 Strategic Launch Managers responsible for delivering our most complex, highest-ACV customer implementations. You’ll operate as the senior point of contact on our most strategic accounts, stepping in directly when things get hard, while partnering closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to shape how Miter scales its implementation model as we move upmarket.
