This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient database configuration activities that support clinical trial execution and data collection objectives. The Senior Manager is accountable for the overall quality, consistency, and timely delivery of study database configuration activities across the clinical development portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, data standards, and study execution timelines. The Senior Manager drives the implementation and governance of database standards, conventions, and processes across studies and programs while ensuring alignment with organizational data strategies.
