What You'll Do The Senior Marketing Manager will provide dedicated execution support for the commercialization of a key asset (encaleret), partnering closely with both the Associate Director, Patient Marketing and the Associate Director, HCP Marketing. This role blends tactical rigor with hands-on execution, translating patient and HCP brand strategy into high-quality marketing programs delivered on time and on budget. This person will be a critical connective thread across the patient and HCP marketing workstreams, working closely with cross functional partners in Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Sales, Legal and agency partners to keep integrated commercial plans moving. The ideal candidate is someone who has product launch experience and can absorb strategic direction from both Associate Directors and reliably turn it into finished, compliant, on-brand deliverables — comfortable structuring ambiguity and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. This position requires excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The Marketing Manager will report to the Associate Director of Marketing.
