Job Description

  • Provide administrative support and data entry in processing of account opening for Sales Team
  • Provide support for CASA KYC Name Screening and World Check including Governance & Control
  • AML and KRCSA check
  • Provide sales reporting and tracking support in timely manner
  • Check and update Account and Card status for Sales team submission
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Wealth Banking

  • Daily Processing of Account Opening, Servicing Transactions, Pre and Post Sales Transactions, Voice Confirmation, EWF Maker Role
  • Provide administrative support in KYC Name Screening and World Check including Governance & Control for Sales Team
  • Non-Sales Servicing Callback (Such as Returned Mail, Credit Card Overdue, Contact Center Servicing request for Common pool tagged customers
  • Expanded JD such as Sales Office Housekeeping - Ordering stationaries, Iron Mountain Archival Maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or Diploma with min 1 year of relevant working experience in Banking
