About Scribe

Scribe is where exceptional people come to do the best work of their careers. Our Workflow AI platform automatically captures and optimizes how work gets done โ€“ 94% of the Fortune 500 use it, and 45% are paying customers. We hit $100M ARR https://scribe.com/library/100-million-arr in May 2026 and have grown to over 5 million daily active users across 600,000 businesses. We're Series C and valued at $1.3 billion. We're builders who hold a high bar, move fast, and care deeply about each other and our customers.

- Own performance cycles and engagement surveys end-to-end: design, run, synthesize, and turn what the data tells you into recommendations the business acts on

- Close the loop between People and Recruiting. Help establish the feedback system between who we hire, what qualities predict success at Scribe, and how that informs both sourcing and long-term retention

- Bring rigor to compensation and total rewards. Take what's currently ad hoc (comp requests, market benchmarking, total rewards framing) and build something repeatable and defensible

- Partner with People leadership to prioritize and execute the people roadmap, staying ahead of what ...
