Senior Performance Improvement Facilitator

Position:   Position Objective:Under the direction of the System Director of Performance Improvement, this position is responsible for supporting Luminis Health’s System-wide Performance Improvement Integration and Project Management initiatives by ensuring strategies are implemented and principles/practices are incorporated in the processes under transformation. This position implements and supports actions, at a System level (LHAAMC, LHDCMC, McNew, LHCE) and/or site-level, that bring about improvements which may include, but are not limited to key strategic priorities identified by Executive Leadership and/or the Annual Operating Priorities, quality improvement, revenue cycle/profitability, recruitment, retention, and productivity, supply chain management, hospital throughput, downtime and all strategic and critical processes of the health system. The Senior Performance Improvement Facilitator is able to manage and oversee multiple high profile, high priority and multifaceted projects independent of immediate leadership supervision or counterpart lean six sigma support. They are a strong relationship builder and able manage and serve as the key communicator for all stakeholder relationships related to projects from not only project Process Owners, but also Executive Sponsors and Senior System Leaders. This role is capable of independently conducting PI Intake Consultations and Project Charter Meetings to initiate projects and initiatives outlined and approved by the PI Director and PI Steering Committee. This role will be able to offer departmental educational guidance to other PI Facilitators and new hire onboarding in support of the PI Director.
