We do that by continually balancing a diverse set of responsibilities and collaboration with various teams across the org which the table below highlights. Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for key clients - managing & optimizing for performance, collaborating with account teams and escalating niche issues internally Data manipulation and analysis; delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in client calls and QBRs when required Be an expert in our platform and work closely with account teams to formulate campaign optimization strategies to meet customers' needs Lead strategic, cross-functional projects across technical and non-technical teams Launch new campaigns and ensure they are set up for success, flagging any non-standard pitfalls Play an active role in various cross-functional projects Be proactive with knowledge sharing - provide regular updates in internal team meetings Comfortably operate across the company matrix and lead communication with technical and non-technical teams Identify & analyze performance trends and potential issues Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards and make recommendations to client-facing team Identify, triage, and escalate issues to management and internal teams Critically assess team processes, develop best practices, and drive improvements Help with training and mentorship of new and junior team members Design and manage internal processes, documentation, and trainings Requirements: Diploma/Bachelors, or equivalent work experience, with between 4 years of ...
