The FP&A team sits at the heart of Trainline's financial intelligence, translating complex business dynamics - booking volumes, yield trends, marketing spend efficiency, product economics, and partner commercial terms - into clear financial narratives and actionable insight. We partner closely across the business to help leaders understand performance, plan for growth, and make smarter decisions.

We are in the middle of a meaningful finance transformation, and Pigment is central to it. We are building the in-house capability to own our FP&A platform end-to-end, automating reporting, enabling self-service for business partners, and freeing our analysts to focus on insight rather than production. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role is the foundation of that ambition - and it's an exciting moment to join.
