This role plays a key role in leading and advancing structured engineering systems, improving process performance, and ensuring consistent, scalable results across operations.You’ll lead complex process development initiatives, drive high-impact projects, and help define best practices in process validation, control, and continuous improvement—while mentoring engineers and supporting production performance.This role operates within a structured engineering system focused on formal process validation, defined control limits, and data-driven execution to deliver consistent, repeatable performance.
