This role will focus on building and scaling a network of high‑performing agents on Zillow who deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. In late Q4 2025, Zillow transitioned from team‑based engagement to managing performance at the individual agent level. This shift significantly expanded the scope and complexity of performance management for Zillow’s Preferred Buyer program. As the Preferred program scales, we must evolve from high‑touch, 1:1 operator‑led performance management to scalable systems that can support tens of thousands of agents. This role will define the strategy and execution plan for that transition, including designing the tools, incentives, and experiences that drive conversion across key personas such as agents, team leads, loan officers, and internal growth advisors.
