AI Fearlessly.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and product strategy for our Identity Security software.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Product RoadmapOwn the Identity Security roadmap across human identity, non-human identity, and AI agent identity, unifying ITDR, and ISPM into one coherent product experienceDefine and prioritize the identity risk signals that feed posture scoring and the ones that feed real-time threat detection and Vision One XDR incidents, translating emerging threat research into concrete requirementsBuild the business case for new capability investment, including market sizing, competitive positioning, and partner revenue potentialAlign partner strategy with TrendAI priorities across AI usage, applications, agents, identity, data, runtime security, detection, response, and governance.Technical Product LeadershipDefine product requirements for NHI discovery, secrets exposure, and entitlement governance, and for the identity-specific graph analysis that powers blast-radius and attack-path visibilityLead product definition for AI agent identity, including MCP/A2A trust models, agent ownership and purpose declaration, delegation-chain depth, and composite risk scoringServe as the product-level technical authority on how identity signals flow in from IAM platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace) without duplicating what those systems already doPartner with Security Research and Engineering to turn attack-path analysis and MITRE ATT&CK identity tactics into detection logic and continuous control verificationCross-Functional & Partner ExecutionCollaborate with Engineering, Security Research, MSSP channel partners, and strategic AI platform providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google) to ship identity security capabilitiesMaintain integration requirements with PAM platforms, SIEM/SOAR systems, and cloud identity providers, treating them as integration points rather than capabilities to rebuildEngage directly with enterprise customers and partners to validate roadmap priorities against real identity threat patternsCustomer, Partner, and Market LeadershipEngage strategic customers, design partners, frontier-model providers, Hyperscalers, and technology alliances to validate priorities and develop pilots and reference architectures.Work across PMM, sales, solution engineering, alliances, legal, privacy, compliance, support, and customer success ...
