THE OPPORTUNITY

We’ve acquired Paradino, an AI powered advice platform for financial advisers, and now we’re bringing the best of Paradino and Netwealth together.

The opportunity is bigger than simply connecting two platforms. We want to create a genuinely connected adviser experience, where advisers can move seamlessly from onboarding and advice through to implementation and ongoing review, without repeatedly entering the same information.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help turn that ambition into products advisers love.

Reporting to the Head of Software Product, you’ll own multiple integration problem spaces across the adviser journey, working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk and Compliance teams across both Netwealth and Paradino.

This is a role for someone who loves solving complex problems, can bring structure to ambiguity and knows how to turn a compelling product vision into something real.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

You’ll help determine where the biggest opportunities sit across the Netwealth and Paradino experience and turn them into clear priorities and roadmaps.

That could mean

  • Connecting advice to implementation so recommendations made in Paradino can be actioned seamlessly through Netwealth
  • Exploring how Paradino’s intelligence can create more proactive and personalised adviser and client experiences
  • Finding opportunities for AI to simplify and automate adviser workflows from end to end
  • Speaking directly with advisers to understand how they work today and where the biggest efficiency gains can be made
  • Defining meaningful outcomes and measures of success, then using qualitative and quantitative research to guide decisions
  • Managing dependencies across the Netwealth and Paradino roadmaps and determining what should be delivered together and what can move independently
  • Partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk and Compliance to turn ideas into integrated products
  • Supporting go to market planning so new capabilities are understood and ready to land with advisers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re an experienced product leader who combines strong product judgement with the ability to get things done.

You’ll bring

  • Strong product sense and an ability to simplify complex, multi step workflows into intuitive experiences
  • A proven track record of shipping complex products from discovery through to delivery, ideally within a regulated environment
  • Experience working across connected businesses or organisations, particularly where different roadmaps, technology, governance and ways of working need to come together
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating where not everything has been figured out yet
  • Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to influence senior leaders without relying on formal authority
  • Enough technical fluency to confidently work with engineers across APIs, single sign on, data flows and AI enabled products
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger product opportunity

Experience across wealth, financial advice, platforms or broader regulated financial services would be valuable. If you haven’t worked in the sector, we’re also interested in people who have successfully moved across different industries and can demonstrate an ability to quickly understand new customers, products and problems.
