About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of AI-first products for our Short Term Disability product line. You'll own features and initiatives on the STD modules and help execute an ambitious multi-year roadmap delivering next-generation workflows, synthesis, insights, and decision guidance technologies to our disability carrier customers. While no two days are the same, on any given day you can expect to: Work closely with data-science partners to quantify value and identify product opportunities Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-first products Build and ship AI-first products that guide and augment human decision-making in STD claims Work directly with stakeholders at major insurance carriers to uncover problems, test product concepts, and drive business outcomes Get early product concepts in front of customers and use their reactions to make real decisions about what to build next Partner with customer success, sales, and product marketing to support go-to-market strategy for new capabilities Write code and build working prototypes alongside your engineers, using AI coding tools as a core part of how you work Define clear value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria for your work, and have the discipline to walk away from work that isn't landing Contribute to the strategic direction of STD products broadly What You'll Achieve with Us Take product concepts from a blank page to working prototypes in front of the largest insurance carriers in the world Shape the future of how disability claims are handled by building AI-first products that change what's possible for claims organizations Work across a uniquely broad product surface — from modernizing established, revenue-generating products to launching entirely new AI-first product lines Develop deep expertise in a massive, complex industry where AI is about to reshape decades of established practice Work at the intersection of a market-leading enterprise with unmatched data and carrier relationships and an AI-native team that ships like a startup About You You are a seasoned Product professional who has built something from nothing at least once, ideally at a company where velocity and scrappiness were the norm.
