About the Role We’re hiring a second Senior Product Marketing Manager to join CoLab’s fast growing product marketing team. This role is about turning company positioning and product strategy into launches and messaging that resonate with real engineering teams. You’ll partner closely with our existing Product Marketing Manager and work day-to-day with Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing to bring exciting new capabilities to market in a way that’s credible, focused, and easy to understand. Using CoLab’s marketing campaign strategy and product roadmap as guardrails, you’ll develop and execute a tactical launch plan each quarter. You’ll also help sales win deals against competitors, own the messaging across key pages on the website, and produce content showcasing product workflows for social media. You’re comfortable learning complex domains and explaining them precisely — not by simplifying them into buzzwords, but by understanding how things actually work. You can take a vague idea (“this could be a big launch”) and turn it into a concrete, executable plan with clear messaging and next steps.
