Senior Product Owner (Senior Functional Specialist ) - onsite

You’ll partner with solution strategists, clients, and engineering to identify real problems, define solutions, and ensure what we build delivers value in practice.In your first few months, success looks like:Stepping into ambiguity and driving clarity without waiting for directionContributing to requirements and user stories while raising the bar on qualityChallenging assumptions and surfacing gaps others may missPartnering closely with engineering to keep work moving and focusedThis isn’t a passive role. We’re looking for someone who leans in, asks better questions, and takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.If you want to influence product direction, own your work, and be held to a high standard, this is where you can make an impact.ResponsibilitiesWork independently with solution strategists and clients to understand, document, analyze and communicate complex solution requirements to key stakeholders.Use and enhance internal tools, processes and standards to estimate high level solution and requirement costs.Lead collaboration and engagement with engineering and visual designers during development process.Proactively communicate solution and functional status to stakeholders, including sales, consulting and clients.Independently verify the solution meets functional requirements and approve the solution for release.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.At least 4 years of testing, development or solution-related work experienceAt least 2 years of Agile development work experienceAt least 1 year of software development experience contributing to or reviewing user stories and acceptance criteriaAt least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience#LI-GB1Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
