As the Senior Project Manager – Healthcare + Education, you’ll lead the planning design, permitting and delivery of complex site/civil projects across the Charlotte region and greater Carolina’s market. Your role will blend technical expertise, strategic vision, and client engagement to expand our presence in healthcare and education sectors, ensuring consistent excellence in project execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to staff, and a visible representative of the firm within the Charlotte healthcare and institutional development community.   In this role, you will partner with architects and design teams to see projects from concept to construction. You will leverage established relationships and build new ones to drive pursuits, expand opportunities, and deliver solutions that align teams around shared goals. The role directly helps shape strategy, influence market direction, and expand capabilities across the Carolinas, all supported by a collaborative leadership team and a strong platform for long-term career development.
