Senior Project Manager, Total Solutions Analytics Platform

Salary Range:$130,000 USD - $160,000 USDSpecific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Our total rewards approach includes an annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility criteria) in addition to participation in our competitive benefits programs including healthcare, retirement, vacation, and wellbeing programs.Job Description:We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Senior Project Manager to drive the evolution and delivery of the Total Solutions Analytics Platform, including METRiQ™, the firm’s global analytics platform.This role sits at the intersection of investment analytics, technology, and product, and is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance, scale, and commercialize the platform. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful platform capabilities.This is a high-visibility role at the center of a strategic platform, offering the opportunity to shape its direction while ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & DeliveryOwn end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomesLead multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across investment, risk, data, operations, and technology teamsEstablish governance frameworks, project plans, and reporting to drive transparency and accountabilityProactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage competing priorities to maintain delivery momentumStrategic Platform ExecutionPartner with product and technology teams to execute against the platform roadmap, with a focus on scalability and client impactTranslate complex investment and analytics requirements into clear, actionable deliverablesSupport the evolution of METRiQ™ into a scalable, client-facing platformDrive platform adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and feedback loopsCross-Functional CoordinationAct as the central point of coordination across business and technology teamsFacilitate alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groupsCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholdersAnalytics & Domain AlignmentApply understanding of portfolio analytics (performance, risk, exposures) to inform deliveryPartner with analytics teams to ensure outputs align with business needsSupport validation and implementation of analytics-related capabilitiesQualificationsCore Requirements5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within financial servicesProven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiativesStrong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working across business,...
