Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transportation Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing transportation projects for local municipalities or FDOT, including planning, design, and permitting. This position offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary projects that improve mobility, safety, and infrastructure in our communities. This role is eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program. Your Responsibilities as a Senior Transportation Project Manager: Manage the design and delivery of transportation projects for local and regional government clients, including roadway, sidewalk, intersection, and multimodal improvements. Serve as Project Manager for assigned projects—responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination. Prepare and oversee development of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) in accordance with FDOT and local standards. Coordinate with public agencies, utility providers, and permitting authorities. Conduct and/or oversee traffic analysis, safety studies, and roadway geometry design. Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff. Minimum Qualifications 12+ Years experience in civil or transportation engineering.
