You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role & Responsibilities: Experise SIOCS (V23+) Functional Testing: Conduct in-depth functional testing across all Oracle SIOCS modules, including but not limited to inventory Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, mobile, cross-browser, and API tests. Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation. Work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements. Validate releases across major browsers and mobile platforms. Report testing progress, risks, and escalations in time. Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior testers. Must Have To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required. Strong understanding of software testing practices. Deep understanding of Oracle SIOCS (V23+) functionalities and retail inventory operations. Hands on experience on Oracle Xstore (V23+) Cross-browser / cross-platform testing experience. Mobile UI/functional testing. API testing (Postman , SOAP UI or equivalent). Agile methodology exposure.   Good to Have Jira–Zephyr / Xray experience. SQL knowledge Java knowledge. Selenium automation skills. Experience building/enhancing automation frameworks.   Soft Skills Good client-facing and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
