In this role, you'll directly impact our growth by targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent for our Arlington, VA office! Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, North America TA, you will partner with business leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational goals and the talent needed to achieve them — with a continued focus on candidate experience, process efficiency, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. This role is based in our Arlington office and requires onsite/hybrid presence.You Will:Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams, building sourcing strategies and workforce plans for Product & EngineeringDevelop a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementManage an effective interview process and participate in interview training across the businessEnsure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboardingOversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical functionsApply knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven insights to build effective recruiting strategiesManage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to drive continuous improvementYou Have:5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical rolesA track record of successful, multi-year full-cycle recruiting resultsExperience building relationships and partnering with executive leadersStrong sourcing skills and a demonstrated record of hiring resultsClosing ability, with experience closing candidates for senior-level rolesExperience leading and facilitating meetings that drive positive business outcomesExperience leading and contributing to global recruiting projectsCompensation Details: The hourly range is $60–$75 per hour.Connected Work Culture: Driving Innovation, TogetherAt Remitly, we believe that true innovation sparks when we come together.
